“Web3 isn't a technology. It's a walk of life. My job is to make sure the world can walk it.”
Who they are
Terry Ajayi, known globally as surpassinggoogle, is a Web3 builder with a singular mission: to make the decentralised web a lived reality for everyone, not just those who already understand it. His name reflects his ambition: to lead something that transcends the current paradigm entirely.
Where they came from
Terry's story in Web3 is one of conviction before the world caught up. He saw the transformative potential of decentralisation early and committed fully: documenting, building community, and evangelising Web3 not as a protocol or token, but as a way of living. That depth of commitment, that community, and that vision made him the irreplaceable CEO for what Ceoism would build. The name surpassinggoogle is not a boast. It is a declaration of what Web3 makes possible when fully realised.
What Ceoism built, and why them
Web3 Wikis is Ceoism's answer to the most fundamental problem in the space: onboarding. Not just technical onboarding. Existential onboarding. How does a person whose entire life is built on Web2 systems begin to live in Web3? We built the platform and handed the keys to Terry, because his decade of walking this path, his global community, and his vision make him the only right person to lead it.
