Ceoism is a movement and a working model built on one belief, that everyone is already a CEO, which finds real people, builds a real company around each of them, and hands over the keys for free, starting in Nigeria and built for the world.
It began as a rebuttal to the idea that building something is for other people. Ceoism proves the point by shipping: 47 live apps, 11 companies built and gifted unasked, every one of them clickable, and all of it made by two people.
The idea
Everyone is already a CEO.
Ceoism is not a company. It is a culture, a movement and a working model, built to remind the world that everyone is already a CEO. You have been for as long as you have been paying attention to the world around you, carrying knowledge nobody else carries and caring about things nobody else cares about the way you do. The only thing missing was the introduction: the company, and the keys.
The world convinced billions of people that building something was for other people. Ceoism is the organised rebuttal. While the machines take the jobs, we hand back the companies.
How it works
Find, build, hand over the keys.
Find
We look for a real person with a real passion: a subject they already know deeply, a thing they already do for people, a niche they already live in. That knowledge is the company. It was there before we arrived.
Build
We build the real product around that person, a live app on a real domain, not a mockup or a deck. Many of these are built unasked; we call those sparks, and the demo goes live before the person even knows it exists.
Hand over the keys
The company is handed to the person it was built around, free, with the code and the keys. It is theirs. Nothing is rented back, nothing is owned by us. They were already the CEO; now they have the company.

Nothing here is a mockup. Every app in the catalogue is live on a real domain, and every spark was built for a real person who never asked for it and given away free. The goal is a thousand.
