Make your data answerable: an assistant that knows your documents
The Build Studio at CEOism makes your data answerable: an assistant that knows your documents and answers questions only you could answer before, and you name the price. Your documents already know the answers; they just cannot talk yet. We take your files, wikis, spreadsheets, tickets, or database, build a retrieval system over them, and put an assistant on top that answers with citations back to the source, so you can trust what it says. It lives where you want it: an internal tool, a widget in your product, or a private page. Say the number that feels fair, and we tell you honestly what it buys. Two people, 47 live apps shipped, and the whole system is yours.
The 60-second version
Your documents know the answer. They just cannot talk yet.
We build it for you: an assistant that knows your documents and answers questions only you could answer before.
Name your price and we start. ceoism.com/studio.
What you receive
- An assistant grounded in your actual documents and data
- Citations on every answer, back to the source
- A clean interface where your team or customers ask
- A pipeline that keeps the knowledge fresh as documents change
- Full ownership, with honest running costs stated upfront
How it works
- 1
Tell us what you need
One email. Describe the thing in your own words, plain language is perfect, and say the number that feels fair to you.
- 2
We build, you watch it become real
We reply honestly with what your number gets, then we build. You see the live thing take shape, not a slide about it.
- 3
You name the price
The price you set is the price. When it ships, it is live on a real domain and it is yours: code, keys, everything.
Honest questions
- Is our data safe, or does it train someone's model?
- Your data stays yours. Major AI providers do not train on API traffic under their business terms, and we architect so documents live in your storage, not ours. If your data is sensitive enough to need stricter isolation, we design for that and say what it costs.
- What if the documents contradict each other?
- The assistant surfaces the conflict instead of picking silently: it shows both sources and flags the disagreement. Stale, contradictory documents are the most common real-world problem here, and the citation design exists exactly for it.
- How much data can it handle?
- From a folder of PDFs to hundreds of thousands of documents; retrieval is built to scale. What matters more is quality: we help you decide what to include, because feeding it junk produces confident junk answers.

Service 048 · three takes
The films we shoot for this one
These are the scripts we actually film, published openly. Plain text is spoken out loud. Anything in the marked panels is for the camera or the screen behind us and is never read aloud. Three takes of the same service, so we can pick the one that fits where the film is going. The first is open below. Open the other two to read them.
The answer is in a file somewhere
Opens inside the worry this service answers, and takes its time. Made for someone who already has this problem in mind, so it fits this page and it fits an audience that already knows us.
The answer already exists. It is in a folder, in a document, on page fourteen of something from last year, and you are the only one who can find it.
You have thousands of those. Uploading them into some tool feels risky and complicated, so you keep digging by hand.
Your data, made answerable, means you ask in plain words and it answers from your own documents, and shows you where it got it.

Take two · the direct cutFilm 048 · 15 to 25 secondsIt cited page fourteen
Opens on a claim or a visible result, with the offer inside the first ten seconds. Built to be shot with a screen recording playing behind you. Made for the feed and for paid placement, where nobody was looking for us.

Keep your eyes on the answer. It comes back with a citation pointing at page fourteen of a document from last year. Your data, made answerable, is an assistant grounded in your own files, with a pipeline that keeps it fresh.
Two of us built it. Send us one folder.
Take three · the standing offerFilm 048 · 15 to 30 secondsAsk it in plain words
Names the service in the first breath instead of hiding it behind a hook, then offers to build it. It puts the barriers on the floor: you name the price, and not knowing how any of it works is our job rather than yours. It also makes the promise most people never get, that we stay with the thing until it is real. Made for someone who has been carrying this idea around for a long time and needs to hear that somebody will actually take it on.
