- Both, with code as the priority. A system that only lives in design files drifts immediately; one that lives in components gets enforced by default.
- We already have some brand assets. Do you start over?
- Not necessarily. If your foundations are sound we systematize around them; if something is actively hurting you, we say so with reasons before changing it.
