- Yes: anything designed to deceive or harm people, and anything outside our honest competence. In both cases we say so in the first reply instead of taking the money and delivering badly.
- My idea sounds ridiculous. Should I still write?
- Especially then. The gifted companies in our portfolio sounded ridiculous as one-line descriptions too. The first email costs you nothing, and the reply will be honest either way.
- How do I even price something that has never existed?
- Say the number that feels fair to you, that is the entire mechanic. We come back with what that number honestly buys, from a working slice to the full thing, and you decide from there.
