The Build Studio: Young Founders

Start before the world tells you you're too young.

Not a coding class. A first company.

For $200, a young person leaves with their first real app, live on the internet, built with them and not for them. And with something bigger: they know how to use these AI tools well enough to build the next one on their own. Terry teaches directly, one student at a time, at their pace.

Why start now

The AI era just handed young people the head start.

Being young used to be the obstacle. It just became the advantage.

AI took the age limit away

For the first time, a kid can build a real app before they are old enough to drive. The tools do not check your birthday. They check how clearly you can explain what you want.

A real app at 15 beats a resume at 25

A link to something that actually works says more than any grade sheet. While classmates are still describing themselves, a young founder just sends the link.

One app leads to the next

The first app teaches them how to make the second. Start at 15 and by 20 they have made a handful. Most people have not made one by 30.

A movement, not a classroom

They join CEOism: real apps, real CEOs, real gifts given to real people. Their app goes on the same internet as everything else on this site, not on a school server.

Time is the founder's first advantage

Every founder wishes they had started earlier. A young founder is the only kind who actually can. The years everyone else spends waiting are theirs to build in.

What they leave with

Two things. Both real.

One

Their first real app

Live on the internet, a real link they can send to anyone. Built with them, not for them. Not a class project that dies at the end of term. A thing that exists.

Two

The actual skill

They learn how to actually build with AI, well enough to make the next app on their own. No certificate, no badge. They leave with a real app and the ability to make more.

How it works

  1. 1

Bring an idea, or we find one in them

Some kids arrive with a notebook full of plans. Some arrive with nothing but curiosity. Both are perfect starts. We talk, we listen, and an idea that is genuinely theirs comes out.

  2. 2

    Build it together, with AI

Terry sits with them, session by session, and they build the app with their own hands. The real lesson underneath: how to use AI tools to make the thing you pictured in your head. That is the skill everyone is going to need.

  3. 3

Put it online, then do it again

The app goes live on the internet, a real link that anyone can open. Then we go through the whole thing one more time from the start, so they can do it again without us. That is the moment it becomes theirs.

Who it is for

13 to 19, mostly. Young at any age, always.

It is built for teenagers, the ones who are already making things in Minecraft and Canva and their notes app, and for the parents who see it. But if you are 22 or 9 or 40 and this page made you sit up, write to us. Young is about how you think, not how old you are.

$200

Flat. Everything included.

One price, no add-ons, no subscription hiding behind it. And we always mean this: if $200 is the reason a kid does not start, write to us anyway at hello@ceoism.com. Money should never be the wall a young founder stops at.

The shelf they join

Real apps, built for real people.

These are real apps we built for real people. Yours joins this shelf. See the whole Gift Ledger.

Questions parents ask

How involved am I as a parent or guardian?
As involved as you want to be. For anyone under 18 we require a parent or guardian's name and contact before we start, you can sit in on any session, and you always know what is being built and where it lives. Nothing happens out of your sight unless you choose that.
What does my kid actually walk away with?
Two things. A real app, live on the internet at a real link, that they built with their own hands. And they know how to use AI tools to make software, practiced enough that they can start the next app without us.
Is this online or in person?
Online, over video calls, so it works from anywhere in the world. Terry teaches directly, one student at a time, scheduled around the student's life, not ours.
How long does it take?
It moves at the student's pace, which is the honest answer. Most first apps go from idea to live within a handful of sessions spread over a few weeks. One student at a time means there is no bell to ring.

Hold the door

Tell us about your young founder.

For anyone under 18 we need a parent or guardian's name and contact. One of the two of us replies personally.

One note: this program is not part of our referral program. We do not pay anyone a commission for bringing a kid here.

Required if the student is under 18

An app, a game, a store, a tool for their friends. Anything real.

If someone told you about us, put their name or ref word here so they get credit.

Two humans read these. Your information is used only to reply to you and is never shared.
