Get a barter system or community currency built for your neighborhood

The Build Studio at CEOism builds community economies, barter systems, local currencies, and skill exchanges, so your neighborhood's value can circulate without waiting on cash, at a price you name. Every community is already rich in something: skills, time, tools, produce, trust. What is missing is the ledger that lets a haircut trade for tomatoes and a repair trade for tutoring without anyone keeping awkward mental accounts. We built Barterverse on exactly this belief, that everyone is anyone and value moves in more directions than money admits. We design the rules with you, build the app, and keep it simple enough that the least technical neighbor can trade. Describe your community, name your number, and we tell you honestly what it builds.

How it works

  1. 1

    Tell us what you need

One email. Describe the thing in your own words, plain language is perfect, and say the number that feels fair to you.

  2. 2

We build, you watch it become real

We reply honestly with what your number gets, then we build. You see the live thing take shape, not a slide about it.

  3. 3

    You name the price

The price you set is the price. When it ships, it is live on a real domain and it is yours: code, keys, everything.

The receipts

Built by the same engine.

Honest questions

Is a community currency even legal where I live?
Mutual credit and barter ledgers are legal in most places, but rules differ by country, especially around tax. We build the system; you confirm the local rules, and we design conservatively around them.
What keeps people from gaming the system?
Design, mostly: visible trade histories, limits set by the community, and stewards with real tools. Small economies run on reputation, so we make reputation visible and cheating expensive.
How big does a community need to be for this to work?
Smaller than you would guess. A street, a church, a co-op of thirty active people can sustain a lively exchange. We would rather launch small and real than large and empty.

Name your price on this.

Tell us what you need and the number that feels fair. We answer honestly with what that number gets.
