Get a phone-first learning system built for places where textbooks never arrive
The Build Studio at CEOism builds learning systems for places where textbooks never arrive, made for the phones that already have, at a price you name. In many communities, the textbook budget will not come this year or next, but nearly every family has a phone. A school with no books puts the lessons, the practice, and the progress tracking on that phone: light enough for bad connections, usable offline where possible, and organized so a teacher with forty students can actually see who is learning. The studio has real history here: Lumi, where kids fall in love with learning, and Legitimate Illiteracy, built on the belief that the learner is the curriculum. Tell us who is learning and what they need, and name your number.

How it works
- 1
Tell us what you need
One email. Describe the thing in your own words, plain language is perfect, and say the number that feels fair to you.
- 2
We build, you watch it become real
We reply honestly with what your number gets, then we build. You see the live thing take shape, not a slide about it.
- 3
You name the price
The price you set is the price. When it ships, it is live on a real domain and it is yours: code, keys, everything.
The receipts
Built by the same engine.

Honest questions
- Do you write the lessons too, or just build the platform?
- The platform is ours; the curriculum is a collaboration. Teachers who know the learners bring the material, and we structure it for phones. Where content is missing, we help assemble it from open sources.
- What does it cost to run after launch?
- Very little by design. We build lean so hosting stays within a small monthly amount, and we tell you the honest running cost before you commit, not after.
- Can it work with no internet at all?
- Fully offline needs different engineering than mostly offline, and we are honest about the difference. Lessons can cache for offline use; syncing progress needs an occasional connection. We design for your real conditions.

Service 092 · three takes
The films we shoot for this one
These are the scripts we actually film, published openly. Plain text is spoken out loud. Anything in the marked panels is for the camera or the screen behind us and is never read aloud. Three takes of the same service, so we can pick the one that fits where the film is going. The first is open below. Open the other two to read them.
A class sharing a handful of books
Opens inside the worry this service answers, and takes its time. Made for someone who already has this problem in mind, so it fits this page and it fits an audience that already knows us.
Somewhere right now a class is sharing a handful of textbooks between all of them. The books are old and no budget is coming.
There are phones though. There nearly always are.
A school with no books. A learning system built for those phones, works offline, works on a slow connection, in the language the class actually speaks.
We have given 11 companies away to strangers before they asked. If you run a school like that, write to us.
Take two · the direct cutFilm 092 · 15 to 25 secondsEleven so far
Opens on a claim or a visible result, with the offer inside the first ten seconds. Built to be shot with a screen recording playing behind you. Made for the feed and for paid placement, where nobody was looking for us.

Take three · the standing offerFilm 092 · 15 to 30 secondsThe phones are already there
Names the service in the first breath instead of hiding it behind a hook, then offers to build it. It puts the barriers on the floor: you name the price, and not knowing how any of it works is our job rather than yours. It also makes the promise most people never get, that we stay with the thing until it is real. Made for someone who has been carrying this idea around for a long time and needs to hear that somebody will actually take it on.
