Turn the data you already own into a second product

The Build Studio turns the data you already own into a second product you can sell, at a price you name. You are sitting on an asset: years of records, listings, measurements, content, or customer behavior that took real work to accumulate. That asset can become a dashboard people subscribe to, an API other builders pay for, a directory, a report engine, or a tool your whole industry uses. We find the product hiding in the data, then build it live on its own domain. The studio has shipped 47 live apps, several of them products built on data that already existed. Describe what you have collected, say the number that feels fair, and we will answer honestly.

The 60-second version

You are sitting on data. That is a second product waiting.

We build it for you: the asset you already own, turned into a new thing you can sell.

Tell us what it is worth to you. ceoism.com/studio.

What you receive

  • An honest read on which product your data actually supports
  • A live second product on its own domain
  • The pipeline that keeps it fed from your existing data
  • Billing or access control, ready for paying users
  • Full ownership, separate from your first product

How it works

  1. 1

    Tell us what you need

One email. Describe the thing in your own words, plain language is perfect, and say the number that feels fair to you.

  2. 2

We build, you watch it become real

We reply honestly with what your number gets, then we build. You see the live thing take shape, not a slide about it.

  3. 3

    You name the price

The price you set is the price. When it ships, it is live on a real domain and it is yours: code, keys, everything.

Honest questions

How do I know if my data is actually worth productizing?
The test is whether someone outside your business would pay to see it organized. We will tell you honestly, including the answer no if it is no, before you spend anything building.
Is my data safe with you, and what about my customers' privacy?
We work under confidentiality, and privacy is a design constraint from day one: aggregation, anonymization, and consent boundaries are decided before the product exists, not patched after. Nothing personal ships without your sign-off.
Will the second product interfere with my main business?
It should feed it, not fight it. We build it as a separate product with its own pipeline, reading from your data without touching your core systems, so the day job never notices.

Name your price on this.

Tell us what you need and the number that feels fair. We answer honestly with what that number gets.

Not looking to hire anyone? If you have the knack but never had the means, CEOism will hand you a company instead.

Service 018 · three takes

The films we shoot for this one

These are the scripts we actually film, published openly. Plain text is spoken out loud. Anything in the marked panels is for the camera or the screen behind us and is never read aloud. Three takes of the same service, so we can pick the one that fits where the film is going. The first is open below. Open the other two to read them.

The folder you have kept for years

Opens inside the worry this service answers, and takes its time. Made for someone who already has this problem in mind, so it fits this page and it fits an audience that already knows us.

Somewhere on an old drive sits years of your work. Records, listings, measurements, whatever the business quietly collected while you were busy.

You have half suspected it is worth something. You just have no idea how you would turn a pile of files into a thing anyone would pay for.

The product hiding in your old drive

Opens on a claim or a visible result, with the offer inside the first ten seconds. Built to be shot with a screen recording playing behind you. Made for the feed and for paid placement, where nobody was looking for us.

The product hiding in your data

Names the service in the first breath instead of hiding it behind a hook, then offers to build it. It puts the barriers on the floor: you name the price, and not knowing how any of it works is our job rather than yours. It also makes the promise most people never get, that we stay with the thing until it is real. Made for someone who has been carrying this idea around for a long time and needs to hear that somebody will actually take it on.
