Service 017 of 100

Get your API designed and shipped, ready to be built on

The Build Studio designs and ships APIs: clean endpoints other builders can pay for and build on, at a price you name. Your data could be earning rent, and an API is how. We design the endpoints around real use cases, document them so a stranger can integrate in an afternoon, add keys and rate limits, and deploy on infrastructure that stays up. If you want the API to earn directly, we can wire in billing, including pay-per-call USDC via x402, which we already run in production on AgentMarket, one of the studio's 47 live apps. Tell us what your API should serve and to whom, say a fair number, and we will tell you honestly what it buys.

The 60-second version

Your data could be earning rent. An API is how.

We build it for you: clean endpoints other builders can pay for and build on.

You name the price. ceoism.com/studio.

What you receive

  • A live API with clean, versioned endpoints
  • Documentation a stranger can integrate from in an afternoon
  • API keys, authentication, and rate limiting
  • Billing wired in, subscription or pay-per-call, if you want it
  • Monitoring so you know usage and health

How it works

  1. 1

    Tell us what you need

One email. Describe the thing in your own words, plain language is perfect, and say the number that feels fair to you.

  2. 2

We build, you watch it become real

We reply honestly with what your number gets, then we build. You see the live thing take shape, not a slide about it.

  3. 3

    You name the price

The price you set is the price. When it ships, it is live on a real domain and it is yours: code, keys, everything.

Honest questions

How do I charge people for using my API?
Subscriptions with keys and tiers, metered billing, or pay-per-call in USDC through x402, which needs no invoices at all. We run the x402 model live already, and we will recommend whichever fits your buyers.
What makes an API good rather than just functional?
Predictable naming, honest errors, versioning that will not break integrators, and docs written for the person integrating, not the person who built it. Builders can feel the difference in the first ten minutes, and they stay or leave on it.
Can you build the API on top of my existing app or database?
Yes, that is the most common case. We read what you have, design endpoints over it without disturbing the app, and keep the data layer safe behind proper access controls.

Tell us what you need and the number that feels fair. We answer honestly with what that number gets.

Service 017 · three takes

The films we shoot for this one

These are the scripts we actually film, published openly. Plain text is spoken out loud. Anything in the marked panels is for the camera or the screen behind us and is never read aloud. Three takes of the same service, so we can pick the one that fits where the film is going. The first is open below. Open the other two to read them.

People keep asking to plug in

Opens inside the worry this service answers, and takes its time. Made for someone who already has this problem in mind, so it fits this page and it fits an audience that already knows us.

Direction · do not readOpen on camera.

Other builders keep asking whether they can plug into what you have. You keep saying not yet, and sending them a spreadsheet instead.

So the thing that could be earning rent for you sits still, because opening it up sounds like a whole other company.

Your API, designed and shipped. Endpoints built around real use cases, documentation a stranger can follow in an afternoon, keys, rate limits, and billing if you want it to earn per call.

Your data could be earning rent

Opens on a claim or a visible result, with the offer inside the first ten seconds. Built to be shot with a screen recording playing behind you. Made for the feed and for paid placement, where nobody was looking for us.

Most people sell software. Fewer sell access, and access is the part that earns while you sleep.

Screen · do not readScreen: an API key issued, rate limits shown, then per-call billing ticking up.

Endpoints others can build on

Names the service in the first breath instead of hiding it behind a hook, then offers to build it. It puts the barriers on the floor: you name the price, and not knowing how any of it works is our job rather than yours. It also makes the promise most people never get, that we stay with the thing until it is real. Made for someone who has been carrying this idea around for a long time and needs to hear that somebody will actually take it on.

Endpoints other builders can call, and pay for.

None of that has to make sense to you. It is our side of the table.

We grow it with you as more people plug in.
