- It is a payment-required pattern for APIs: a caller hits your endpoint, gets asked for a small onchain payment, pays in USDC, and receives the response. It turns your API into a vending machine instead of a subscription business.
- Do I need an existing API first?
- No. If you only have data or a capability, we can design and build the API itself, then wrap it in x402 billing. If you already have endpoints, we add the payment layer without breaking existing users.
- Who receives the payments?
