Hire someone to do the migration nobody on your team wants to do
The Build Studio at CEOism does the migration nobody wants to do, old stack to new stack, moved carefully with nothing lost, at a price you name. Database engine swaps, framework upgrades five majors behind, the move off the platform that keeps raising prices: this is that work. Our method is boring on purpose: map everything first, migrate in reversible steps, verify counts and behavior at each step, and keep the old system alive until the new one has proven itself. You name the number, and we say honestly whether it covers the full move or the riskiest first phase. The studio runs 47 live apps of its own, so we treat your uptime and your data the way we treat ours.
The 60-second version
Migrations are where data goes to die. Not on our watch.
We build it for you: old stack to new stack, moved carefully, nothing lost.
You name the price. ceoism.com/studio.
What you receive
- A written migration plan with reversible steps
- The migration executed, with data verified at every stage
- The old system kept as a fallback until the new one proves out
- Zero-loss verification: counts, checksums, and behavior checks
- A rollback plan you hopefully never need
- Documentation of the new setup, yours to keep
How it works
- 1
Tell us what you need
One email. Describe the thing in your own words, plain language is perfect, and say the number that feels fair to you.
- 2
We build, you watch it become real
We reply honestly with what your number gets, then we build. You see the live thing take shape, not a slide about it.
- 3
You name the price
The price you set is the price. When it ships, it is live on a real domain and it is yours: code, keys, everything.
Honest questions
- What happens if something goes wrong mid-migration?
- We roll back. Every step is designed to be reversible before it runs, and the old system stays live until the new one is verified. Losing data is the one failure we do not accept.
- Can you migrate with zero downtime?
- Often yes, with parallel-running and a cutover window measured in minutes. Where true zero downtime is not realistic for your setup, we tell you the honest window up front.
- What if my number is too low for the whole migration?
- We say so, and propose the phase that de-risks the most for that number, usually the mapping plus the hardest data move. You can continue in phases as budget allows.
Name your price on this.
Tell us what you need and the number that feels fair. We answer honestly with what that number gets.

Service 085 · three takes
The films we shoot for this one
These are the scripts we actually film, published openly. Plain text is spoken out loud. Anything in the marked panels is for the camera or the screen behind us and is never read aloud. Three takes of the same service, so we can pick the one that fits where the film is going. The first is open below. Open the other two to read them.
The old system nobody wants to move
Opens inside the worry this service answers, and takes its time. Made for someone who already has this problem in mind, so it fits this page and it fits an audience that already knows us.
Dread is the honest word for it. The old system still works, more or less, and everything that matters lives inside it. Moving it feels like carrying something across a river.
Which is why it has been on the list for two years.
A migration nobody wants to do. We do those. Checked twice, and with a way back if the first attempt is wrong.
Tell us what it is worth to you.
Take two · the direct cutFilm 085 · 15 to 25 secondsThe counts match
Opens on a claim or a visible result, with the offer inside the first ten seconds. Built to be shot with a screen recording playing behind you. Made for the feed and for paid placement, where nobody was looking for us.

Watch the row counts match. Checksums, behavior checks, every stage verified.
A migration nobody wants to do. Reversible steps, the old system kept as a fallback until the new one proves out, and a rollback plan you hopefully never need.
It is number eighty-five of a hundred. Book it.
Take three · the standing offerFilm 085 · 15 to 30 secondsBoring on purpose
Names the service in the first breath instead of hiding it behind a hook, then offers to build it. It puts the barriers on the floor: you name the price, and not knowing how any of it works is our job rather than yours. It also makes the promise most people never get, that we stay with the thing until it is real. Made for someone who has been carrying this idea around for a long time and needs to hear that somebody will actually take it on.

A migration nobody wants to do. Old stack to new stack, in reversible steps.
We would carry it for you, slowly and boringly, with the old system kept alive until the new one proves out.
You do not need a plan first. Writing the plan is part of the work.
We stay through every stage, including the dull ones.
